SKETCHES IN TWO VOICES
according to Roland Dubillard
These "two-voice sketches", put the protagonist into perspective through a word play of astonishing rhythmic quality, share their stupidity and weaknesses with us as well as their magnificent delight in being spoken animals.
False proverbs, false puns, tone play, enumerations, repetitions, stings of words chains, automatisms … Through jokes, sarcasm and sublime candour, the actors explore with humour the misunderstandings and understandings of language, they reinvent (in their way) dialogue for the deaf.
