Noémie Guedj trained at Sapajou, in Montreuil, and under Stéphane Auvray-Nauroy, Michel Fau and Sophie Loucachevski at Cours Florent. It was there that she met Jérémie Le Louët, with whom she co-founded Compagnie des Dramaticules in 2002. She began by performing in the different productions by the company : Macbett, by Ionesco (2004/05), Hot House, by Harold Pinter (2007/08), Salomé by Oscar Wilde (2010/11) and Affreux, bêtes et pédants (2013/14).
Since the very beginning of the company, and in parallel with her work onstage she has been in charge of the pre-production and distribution of the different shows. In 2015, she decided to devote all her attentions to the development of Dramaticules. From 2016 to 2020, she regularly attended AGECIF courses in the field of communication and cultural management. She took control over the administration of Dramaticules in 2018, and became its General Manager in 2019.
